Evening ll!
65 today and 80 tomorrow. Then another cold front.
Ray - you are most welcome. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. We all learn from these shared experiences. Chuck (Blueberry Hill) also found solice in this group's support in his multiple hospital stays. He even said this group helped save his life at one point when he felt like giving up. Continued prayers for you and your family.
Regards, Roy
Good evening all,
Quiet day at work. Windy walk at noon. Sunday I did 11 miles in 2:47:42, which is almost my target time. I hope everyone has a good day.
Keep on training,

Roy, thanks for the kind thoughts. Had a busy day taking care of some of the business at hand. Broke a tooth last night while eating. Just what I needed. Will see the dentist tomorrow and see what can be done. Whatever it is will take time that I don't have so I think I can live with it until after the funeral. Thanks again for all the condolences.

Morning all. Been busy. Mainly Town phone calls. Did put reeds in the tomato pots. Those suckers are two foot tall. Warm in the greenhouse. Fan runs a lot.
Sunny and 72 degrees. Was suppose to be cloudy and chance of showers. Guessers missed it again. Maybe tomorrow night.
Purning grape vines. Early spring so getting late to do that.
Tonight is new Pot time.

Throw some beads my way boys! Rain and 49 in the Potomac Valley. Still trying to decide what to give up for Lent... The hokey-pokey, perhaps. Did hike some more on the C&O Canal; short segment between Spring Gap and Lockhouse 72. Found a nice spot to fish along the east shore. Found out that work will be done on Pawpaw tunnel, and the towpath will be closed through there until July.
Da Chief started March Pot early so take your pick.
