Place this near your train station and you'll always have full occupancy!

This isn't your grandfather's roadside motel! The new no. 279-4427 County Suites is the perfect stop for your O gauge tourists or businessmen.

The structures looks as modern as any chain hotel you'd find out on the interstate, and better yet, it has a modest footprint (roughly 12x12-inches) that might find a home any any layout.

The structure is fully decorated and assembled and features four stories plus a rooftop patio for entertainment.

Rooms are a mix of occupied and unoccupied, similar to the York Hotel, suggesting there is room for that O scale tour bus!

The entry is recessed with a drive-through. You'll find guests, and of course, old Jack, nearby.

The top of the hotel attracts weary guests by a sequentially operating sign illuminating a flower and "County Suites by Menards." This looks great, but is an outstanding image in darker lighting.

The rooftop is complete with hot tubs, tables, benches, and even umbrellas. The crows seems to be enjoying themselves.

For a power connection, the model has both a side wall mount and a drop-down plug for an unseen connection.

The structure costs $109.99 and can be ordered from Menards at www.Menard.com/Trains. Be sure to opt for free shipment to your local Menards store.

This model requires a 4.5 volt power source, sold separately.

A busy business, but still with a few rooms open. The flashing sign with draw travelers off of the Interstate.

A rooftop free of HVAC gear! What a concept. This is more eye candy that shows your train town is a happening place!

Customers are having beverages delivered. The two 'hot tubs' are on the left side.

The rooftop access structure is right behind the flashing sign.

The structure has the now standard track-run through disguised as parking access (right side of photo).

This is one of the most attractive animated signs Menards has offered.

While the patio is decorated, there is plenty of room for you to customize it as you'd please. Another way Menards allows you to personalize your structures!
