I found one! Still mint in the original packaging!

The billboard has a slim profile.

I hooked it up to a transformer and powered it up. The light stays steady for a second or two then flashes.

I literally took 18 photos pictures with my iPhone and (thanks to the 'Live' feature) none showed the illumination. When the going gets tough, the tough Google. Downloaded a live photo editing app and captured a flash from one of the live photo files.
