The power plant offers plenty of easy-to-view interior detailing. Jack, the German Shepard is on guard duty.

 While this might be a tad small for a power station supporting a city, it would fill the bill for a power plant for a industrial facility, supporting a “war plant” cranking out Sherman tanks, or an emergency backup power-generating station. Why this could easily be “Powerhouse 6” from The Green Hornet episode Lighting Strikes a Shakedown (August 10, 1939). I’m just say’n.
