Amtrak announced that this NW Corridor will be the first to recieve the new Amtrak Airo trains under construction at Siemens in California. You will have to Google that expected data as it has slipped my memory. I was reading an article where they showed the first completed prototype car in the new Amtrak Airo train livery colors. They also published a Service Development Plan (SDP) for this same corridor and wish to increase train frequency Seattle to Portand segment to 6 trains from 4.
