As of 0300 Sunday trains 128, 65, 67, 169, 674, 30 all seervice disruption at or near Newark. Problem started at about midnight or shortly after.
Is it possible that it has something to do with Portal bridge ? On top of that the firing of north Portal bridge manager. is has become known that the location around present Portal bridge has settlement issuse.
