Probably at the same time they start operating the Silver Meteor again, or when the start operating the Capitol Limited on a 7 day basis.

I think they said March 27th. Not 100% certain.
These answere may be optomistic? there may be a more graduated restoration of service as more cars are returned to service and more OBS finishing training?
