Following the posting of the Canadion rules in my previous post I hopefully get it right this time. (ii) To <a class="colorbox-load definedterm init-colorbox-load-processed cboxElement" title="upgrade" href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/index.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=9ce3aff214ca2c81b2de19bc827b7a13&term_occur=2&term_src=Title:40:Chapter:I:Subchapter:U:Part:1033:Subpart:J:1033.901">upgrade</a> a <a class="colorbox-load definedterm init-colorbox-load-processed cboxElement" title="locomotive" href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/index.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=38d22314cf4ff29c210c907fea51f54a&term_occur=96&term_src=Title:40:Chapter:I:Subchapter:U:Part:1033:Subpart:J:1033.901">locomotive</a> or <a class="colorbox-load definedterm init-colorbox-load-processed cboxElement" title="locomotive engine" href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/index.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=d55e2b226b7166a303eb67f0d2e8ebb2&term_occur=16&term_src=Title:40:Chapter:I:Subchapter:U:Part:1033:Subpart:J:1033.901">locomotive engine</a>. (iv) To install a <a class="colorbox-load definedterm init-colorbox-load-processed cboxElement" title="remanufactured" href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/index.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=02453a0c8a88e023cc04a67017c6b024&term_occur=13&term_src=Title:40:Chapter:I:Subchapter:U:Part:1033:Subpart:J:1033.901">remanufactured</a> engine or a <a class="colorbox-load definedterm init-colorbox-load-processed cboxElement" title="freshly manufactured engine" href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/index.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=b2f7e963b80576c753740edcccb273b9&term_occur=1&term_src=Title:40:Chapter:I:Subchapter:U:Part:1033:Subpart:J:1033.901">freshly manufactured engine</a> into a previously used <a class="colorbox-load definedterm init-colorbox-load-processed cboxElement" title="locomotive" href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/index.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=38d22314cf4ff29c210c907fea51f54a&term_occur=98&term_src=Title:40:Chapter:I:Subchapter:U:Part:1033:Subpart:J:1033.901">locomotive</a>. (v) To repair a <a class="colorbox-load definedterm init-colorbox-load-processed cboxElement" title="locomotive engine" href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/index.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=d55e2b226b7166a303eb67f0d2e8ebb2&term_occur=18&term_src=Title:40:Chapter:I:Subchapter:U:Part:1033:Subpart:J:1033.901">locomotive engine</a> that does not contain power assemblies to a <a class="colorbox-load definedterm init-colorbox-load-processed cboxElement" title="condition" href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/index.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=205c7fb4794f553e565fd874c6d3a7c9&term_occur=7&term_src=Title:40:Chapter:I:Subchapter:U:Part:1033:Subpart:J:1033.901">condition</a> that is equivalent to or better than its original <a class="colorbox-load definedterm init-colorbox-load-processed cboxElement" title="condition" href="https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/index.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=205c7fb4794f553e565fd874c6d3a7c9&term_occur=8&term_src=Title:40:Chapter:I:Subchapter:U:Part:1033:Subpart:J:1033.901">condition</a> with respect to reliability and fuel consumption.
