I do not envy her. Adding new trains even with the additional cars and the enhanced signal system will be a delicate juggling act. But any effort to sell the certainly needed other projects will have astronomical costs.
1. Extending all platforms one route at a time almost impossible. Have no idea if some stations that would be impossible requiring some skipped stop stations?
2. Adding additional tunnel bores under the Hudson. We know what that is going to cost AMTRAK.
