Ask over on RyPN (particularly Sammy King) using the locomotive's name and railroad as well as the builder's information.

Mr. Morales: Some more information on the particular locomotive you have pictured... Could be most helpfull.

   1.) location of displayed engine.

2.)  Buikders information (if it is displayed on item)

    3.)  Track Gauge of engine.

a.) Equipment gauges can be anywhere,  from a few inches (ie: live steam hobbiest units)  on Theme Park Trains ( ie: anywhere from 6" to 12": to up to actual narrow gauge power(36").

Note, also: a website that might be helpful is.

I would also suggest that you might "SEARCH":  'Current and Former Them Park Train Manufacturers.'

P.S. (from a Wikipedia entry) see l,ink @ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dickson_Manufacturing_Company

OR another is @ https://www.poconorecord.com/story/lifestyle/2021/07/23/local-history-carbondale-family-made-locomotives/8018485002/

                                 As well, Good Luck !
