Hello, I am curious as to how I can obtain a copy of the official Michigan Central Railroad locomotive roster also included along with this request is the official MCR/NYC locomotive class idex list. I do understand that the Michigan Central Railroad was a leased company of the New York Central System after 1925, but the Michigan Central while maintaining New York Central Standards of identifying various classes of locomotive stock also differed in the field of numbering locomotives from the leasing entity as a whole as well as providing a different standard in ordering and construction of certain classes of motive power.
I am interested if any of the fellow members of this forum might happen to know where I can obtain a copy of the official Michigan Central Railroad locomotive roster from the the period between 1933 to 1947. I am also interested in the knowledge as to if there is anyone else out in web land whom is also interested in modeling the Michigan Central Railroad, " The Niagara Falls Route "
