This was some time ago, but I only just found it. I found the whole thing quite interesting, but the most interesting part was the description of progress on the P2 2007, and the explanaion of the cylinder block (around 2h 5min for those who can't cope with the annual report), which I felt gave a good idea of the financial problems of building a locomotive.

I looked at the drawings of "Cock O' the North's" cast cylinder block and it was quite different regarding the location of the valves for the centre cylinder. Some of the reasons for the change are described in the video.
