Great article on railroads of cincinnati! I am fortunate to work near winton place and spend a lot of lunch hours watching and taking pictures of the action (which is usually plentiful). However, the best spot i've found to take pictures is the double track in hamilton on zimmerman ave.Usually the trains are stopped here before continuing into downtown hamilton so you have plenty of time to take some great pictures! And you're right up close and still legal since the tracks are right next to the street.I've also talked to a few conductors and engineers who have always seemed pretty cool!I've taken some great photos here but the sun is sometimes a problem.anyone else have a good spot?
