As Joe said just above -- most railroad companies have ways to contact them, and, oddly, they really want to be good neighbours. If you have a genuine problem with a particular train crew for some reason or with some recurring operational thing, a polite well written note to the company can and usually will do wonders...

If you just don't care for their corporate policy, buy stock in the company and vote!

Otherwise, I suppose here is as good a place as any... if you just don't like the cut of their jib! Just remember to try not to attack a particular person -- although Joe has a real female dog there -- did you ever hear back, Joe?

usually there are corporate headquarters that trains has on this site if you look.Or the trains staff can help you out.The only complaint I had was about an Indiana and Ohio crew running through Hamler.They didnt likeme taking pics so they decided to hit me with their trash.I had already took a pic of their train recorded the date and time and sent the pic to their office.whatever happened to the crew dont know dont care.

OK[:D], people seemed to have forgotten my "[V]Good Railroad Museums[V]" topic, son Ill try this. With all of the railroads and Railfans out there, everyone must have complaints about a [}:)]railroad[}:)]. The whole point of this string will now be any complaints you have about any action of any railroad (Hey, even the fallen flags if you want[;)])
