The Clues:
This city had a Lafayette, IN railroad relocation late in the last century. Was served by the Illinois Terminal. Was struck by two tornadoes in March 2006 ( look left for radar image). Was the Eastern Terminus of the Northern Cross Railway.

The city has a new Lincoln Museum & Library. Appears to be on the site of the old IC station? Are there any plans what to do with the station buuilding nearby?
