CP Bridge over Northtown Yard

I see they're driving pilings at the CP Brigdge over the south end of Northtown yard in Minneapolis. Does anyone know what's up with that? Are they going to double track that bridge, or are they replacing the existing bridge. I guessing it's a replacement. That bridge has got to be pushing 100 years old.

Replacement, the bridge already has two tracks, second track ends just before Marshall St.
