Just walked in the door at home and found mine waiting on my kitchen table...will report on what I think Saturday after I read it.
.......Wow, TRAINS mag arriving on the 22nd of the month....Is that some kind of record. I certainly never have had it that early in decades I've subscribed to it..

I’m in Florida and my copy most likely won’t show for another week.

Sounds like it might be fodder for our upcoming trip--at least the part west of Albuquerque. Mine arrived today, same day as its competitor. Yes, the 22nd is early, but is six days ahead of the end of the month early, too? (I think so!)
Edit: Looking at both the article (which was typically well done) and the atlas, I find that we won't be following the route too closely--what major highway could? That will have to wait for a longer (time) or shorter (distance/destination) trip in the future.

.......Wow, TRAINS mag. arriving so many places so early. Here too, today the 23rd....Almost a record to recieve it so early. That BNSF article and Photos look inviting.
Still waiting for mine. I think it takes longer to get out to the west coast.
I hope it comes soon.
Still waiting for mine....
Hey, Emma, be thankful your parents are interested. I know they're supportive, but interest is even better.
If it's your magazine, you'll probably get it when your homework's done.

Finally finished reading my April Trains and enjoyed the story on the BNSF Southwest Division very much (best story in the mag). Also enjoyed the article on the Oneida Western "Green Train". Otherwise the edition was typical (i.e. very good) TRAINS.
