Good question. Although it has been asked on this forum before no answer has ever been forthcoming. Part of it is that no one in the industry really wants to take on the task. Ed Lewis did a great job, but I don't think he is ready for another go and I don't know of anybody else with the interest...
Perhaps someone else could take it on...
