Apparently Brookings, MN will vote on the agreement they have with DME regarding the upgrade to their rail line.

It is interesting to note the mayor was the author - not the railroad (I suppose the mayor could be a stooge of the railroad, but I find that highly unlikely). I am curious what Brookings thinks the benefits will be to this if they reject it.
