Progress on repair of damaged equipment at the B&O Museum
Posted by dealemeout on Monday, July 17, 2006 1:17 PM

Does anyone know of any sources of information on the status of the equipment that was damaged at the B&O Museum as a result of the Feb. 2003 snowstorm and subsequent roof collapse?  I've gone to the official site and couldn't find any information regarding this so I thought I'd check with the experts here on the forums.  I know that the St. Elizabeth #4 has been worked on since the Museum has listed it as operating at their steam days event this October.  I haven't been able to find anything on the likes of #545, #700, the Thatcher Perkins, etc.  Would appreciate any information that you folks could provide.
