Headed to the Blues Fest in Davenport last night. Went past the IAIS yard in Rock Island and could see that the engines were unloaded and on rail but the are buried in the center of the yard surrounded by cars so I couldn't get any pics, sorry.

Chinese gauge is the same as us. I have seen pix where Russians cars are lifted off there trucks & put on Chinese trucks to move within China[:p]

IAIS's parent corporation, RDC Inc., bought them. They're going to use the IAIS as the test rails to certify that the Chinese engines work just fine over here in the USA, then sell them to some tourist operation if any are interested.

Because Henry Posner, who is an owner of RDC could do it, and he thought he could have some fun and make money with them.
