I wish we could see some before and after studies to see if this program actually lowered the price of gas in the D/FT. W area.
It sounds like they are keeping some tankers off the roads so that may be a good thing for safety.

With the withdrawal of MTBE as an additive (and its replacement by a 10% blend of ethanal) anything that can get it to your market will help prevent shortages. It should help with the cost but we are talking about the oil industry. Who knows
