What happened???

chinatown782411. When the eastern NY had the flood csx and amtrak was not running any trains. Now csx is running trains heading wastbounds out of Syracuse yard and Rochseter yard (GOODMAN YARD) at 30-50mph.

That is what I first thought you were reffering to.

chinatown782411. This what happened. A couple was driving on South Witon road after a snow storm. South Witon road crossing had a false activition CSX train was going 55mph. The couple went around the gates after thy looked both ways. Then CSX hit the couple at 39mph killing the couple on inpact. The couple's dauter sud CSX and won the case against CSXT. Now CSX is fixing their road crossings.

I am doing this thing now where I try to see at least one train on every holiday ( don't want to use too much time though on a holiday, need to spend some time with the family). It is just one of those things you do so you can say you did it. So far I have Thanksgiving day, New Year's day, and Father's day. Oh, yeah and Valentine's day (yep, it's a sad life). Wait, just kidding about that last one! [(-D]
