History on CSX 674 and 7576!

If anybody can, can you give me some history on CSX 674, an AC6000CW? I wnat to know why the horn is weird - may have been wrecked. I want to know all about it. It has been coming through my local hotspot lately with it's weird horn. I want to know what happened to it.

Also, why does CSX 7576, a C40-8 have the weird nose blue paint? Was it in a wreck too? I would like to know about these locos.... If anybody would know, plese let me know! It'll solve my own little mystery....
