(off topic) How do you post pictures on your reply to a topic?!?!?

can some body tell me plz i am a beginner at this and i'd like to post a picture of a train at the end of my posts, and i dont know how! some one plz help me!

If you want to post a pic use img tags {img}URL Here{/Img} But replace { } with [ ]

so for the Bittercreek and western logo below I would see in the text I type
{img}http://www.geocities.com/miniwyo/BCWRRSM.jpg{/img}

However It shows up on the post as
