There's a grain line in Saskatchewan that leaves the Saskatoon-Calgary line around Delise. It's one of the lines that Canadian National wants to abandon but I heard that the farmers in this area fought to keep the line in place. I've crossed over the level crossing at Elrose many times over a 24 year period & it doesn't look as if any trains have passed by there in a long time. I don't know if there's any large grain facilities on this line, so would it be more feasible for CN to abandon or sell it?

Grain trains operate at the Conquest end of the line.
The west end is serviced out of Mantario and Glidden. The middle section has no business.
