BNSF "Argonne Spur" near Lemont?

Does anyone know at what time of day this spur gets its local? It services the industrial park on the west side of Lemont Road, north of Lemont. I love hiking in the forest preserve and really want to capture a pic of the local heading into or out of the industrial park. TRAINS magazine (on Chicago) showed that it gets one train a day.

Any help?
