TFM name change
Posted by ChrisBARailfan on Monday, December 5, 2005 2:26 PM
Kansas City Southern today announced that TFM has been renamed Kansas City Southern de Mexico. Not a very imaginary name. Supposedly a new logo and scheme will follow.

You can see the new logo here:
http://www.tfm.com.mx/

Both lines already use the gray KCS paint scheme, so they'll probably just be changing the logo. Also, a month or two ago, KCS announced that they were renumbering all their locos, including the TFM ones.

Regards

Agreed. I always hated that name. The Act itself wasn't much better.
