Bergie, Where is my friend!!!!!!!!?????????
Posted by alstom on Tuesday, November 22, 2005 9:06 PM
Bergie, I'm not trying to cause trouble, but I would like to know where my friend RR Redneck [Eric] went. He doesn't show up in the members section. He told me by phone you locked him out!!!!! WHY!!!!! I'm sick of having nice fellow members who have rights just as us, getting kicked off!!!! Lock this if you want, but I want answers!!!!!![:(!][V][?]

There are things you do not know, so I would best let this topic of intrest go.

Richard, Moderators have their reasons for what they do. After being one for a while in the past I can assure you that Bergie did not lock Eric out with out cause or a good reason. After saying that I'm sure that if he would appologise for his words and actions (which by the way are between him and Bergie) to the moderator and the forum, I think you might see him again in the forum. I'm sure that Eric is probably a nice enough guy that got carried away in his writing and wording. Just remember this, the forum is a place to speak your mind not spill out venom and rancor. - Good Luck and Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family - PL

Bergie is a very considerate fellow (I am still here), I am sure if he did lock out your friend he had good reason. I would suggest you send Berige an E-mail, and be nice; then if you feel we need informed of some thing, post. If found your friends profile: http://www.trains.com/community/forum/member-profile.asp?id=274775 If you wait for Berige to find this thread it would take a long time. Maybe it was with the coffee shop trouble?
Here is Bergie’s E-mail. http://www.trains.com/community/forum/member-profile.asp?id=19827. Just click contact info, and e-mail it should pop up a new box.

I'm not gonna comment on what happened, but Bergie reserves the right to do anything he wants.

I emailed him a while ago asking him about this, and didn't get a response.
My theory is that Eric was just a little overzealous in his posts, and stirred up too much, maybe Bergie will let him back in a few years. I'm hoping that the same never happens to you, you're a fun guy to talk to.

I can think of 5 good reasons why Bergie would ban him.

I do hope that you'll restrain yourself a bit more, the most posts I would ever make in a day is closer to 20, and that's on all the forums, withn a lot of topics I'm interested in!
