Modoc line news

My dad sent me this picture from yesterday. This GP9 in SJVRR paint showed up and is working on the Lake Co RR. I don't know if it has anything to do with the new Modoc Northern that is taking over the Modoc line, but this is the first change in a long time on the Modoc Co. railroad scene. This was taken on 3rd st in Alturas. It's the train from Lakeview heading tward the yard on the so end of town.
