I think I saw a ghost !

Today, A BNSF grain train came through town with a big, old, crusty looking locomotive on the point. The top 1/3 and bottom 1/3 were dark, rusty, brown. Middle 1/3 was dirty, creamy, off-white. It was dirty and rusty. The only ID was the number- 1722, on each side, and MRL in the number board. So, it would appear to be a Montana Rail Link SD 45. If so, it's the first SD 45 I've ever seen. The funny thing was, it was leading a Cascade Green Geep, and a big orange pumpkin! I tried to find a MRL locomotive roster with no luck. Can one of you MRL-ologists tell me what this was. It had flared out radiators, and I *think* 4 rooftop cooling fans.
