I have a great shot from my recent trip, but it is digital, and I want to enter it into the Trains photo contest. How do you guys get your digital pictures done on a slide?

One Word - Wal*Mart (or is that 2 words?) they should be able to put that on a slide for you

I just about lost some film at Wall Mart they said it would take a day to process, and it took five, not too pleased with Wall-Mart quality either, I consider them a last resort.

Well, How about Walgreens? Or Kmart or Target if you have any of those. Maybe even a local photo shop. There are lots of options.

If you are going to end up with slides, you should shoot slides in the first place, you'll get better images (first generation, no copying involved), plus the slide film has a certain charm that other mediums don't have.

Just about any of the on line photo host should be able to do this also.

I'm pretty sure you can enter a digital photo into the contest. I'll look at the rules when I get home, but I'm almost sure they made some provision for that, like sending in an 8x10 print, or a CD with the image.
