Trying to Find Volume One Issue Zero of TRAINS Magazine

After managing to build a nearly complete library of Trains Magazine from the early forties to current, I heard on this website once that apparently a 16 page prepublication edition of Trains was produced just before the November 1940 Volume One Issue One was released. Does anyone know where one could find such a prepublication issue? Appreciate any leads or info on this prepub issue you may have!
