The Wisconsin Central is now owned by CN, and their power is often seen. I know their main line doesn't go through Milwaukee, but this may be what you need to know (what we'd need would be a more specific location!).

I know wc is owned by cn...cn has been running trains on the old mlwaukee road line that ran from milwaukee to green bay.

I would like to know where they originate, terminate, etc..By the way, you can generally see a caboose on this once or twice daily train, with FRV ( fox river valley) reporting marks, and I believe they have an actual dummy in the window to possibly discourage vandalism, as this line runs through some tough areas of milwaukee.

My guess is that the train originates in Fond du Lac if it is running with FRV markings. The line was taken over by the WC before they were absorbed by the CN.
