Thanks there was a on going coal loding operation @ Helper just as you said. It is up on a ledge though so it is not accessable to get close to get some pixs. It was a Utah RR operation not a UPRR one though. FYI there was also another coal loading operation east of Price & again it was unaccessable for railfanning.

I am in the process of posting the new pix I took to my web site & once I am finished & they are all posted I will alert all concerned.
