Railroads to set up refueling depots at Indian Reservations to save $$$

CSX and NS is planning on setting refueling depot at Silver Creek NY to Avoid having to pay taxes on there Fuel. The Mohawk Reservation will also a have a Crew Base and Hotel there. BNSF is studing a proposal near Gallup NM.

the railroads do not pay fuel taxes, they use dye desiel
