Don't Like Phase IVb

As the days go on, Amtrak is re-decalling more and more passenger cars into the Phase IVb scheme. I cannot say I care for it that much. I do like the new Amtrak logo as opposed to the "pointless arrow," but I saw nothing wrong with Phase III (I think that looks better on the Genesis locomotives than anything since). Worse, on Superliner cars, the big "SUPERLINER" titles of Phases II, III, and IV is gone.

Considering the perpetual funding problems, wouldn't Amtrak be better suited using however much money their marketing folks are spending on new Phase liveries and using it on something more substantial?
