CN Pekin Ill sub

The sub starts in Mattoon IL and continues northwest through Decatur,Lincoln and ends in Pekin Il. I have been informed crews start from
Mt.Pulaski,where there is a northeast bound CN main line, not Mattoon. Is this true and do Mattoon crews run just to Mt.Pulaski and then
return??
