What railroad does MHWA stand for?

Last April I was in Scranton, PA and I saw a dark and light green diesel locomotive putting together a train. It did not have the name of any railroad on the side, but it had MHWA under the cab window.It was a fairly old locomotive so it might have been aquired in a merger.It also had white safety stripes on the nose.If anyone has any idea what railroad it was from I would appreciate knowing.

It is the Mohawk, Adirondack and Northern Railroad Corp. in upstate New York.
They operate two segments of former Conrail (NYC) trackage.The southern piece connects with the Adirondack railroad which was covered in the May 2005 Trains.
Both pieces are about 50 miles long, 108 miles total.I believe the power is3xC420 and 4 C425s. It is owned by Genessee Valley Transportation Company which also own the Delaware-Lackawanna RR in Scranton.
