Northeastern PA Question
Posted by Anonymous on Tuesday, May 24, 2005 11:59 AM
does anyone happen to know when the Deleware Lackawanna grain trains to Pocono Summit usually run? Also does anyone happen to know when the coal trains to the Portland Generating Station run? These are two operations that are relatvely close to me that I have never been able to see. Any help would be great.

Ain't got the foggiest, but I'll bet the boys at Railpace Magazine could tell you. I believe they did a spread on D-L operations several years back.

thanks for the tip. I think I'll send someone at Railpace an E-mail and see if they know.
