Amtrak 351/354 now allowing checked baggage

To those who travel the Pontiac/Chicago run...according to agents at Dearborn, checked baggage is now available again on 351/354. I did not pursue the other runs because I generally do not use them. I would guess because of the weather being warmer now, that Checked baggage would be allowed....but as usual...call ahead.

Thank goodness, as I am going to Reno in a couple of weeks and have two triple-ball bowling bags I'd like to check through.
