HO train help

my HO diesel Engine wheels are rusted so what do i need to do to clean the rusted wheels[?]
and i know how to clean my track

[br]i want to make a running model of the
Stevenson's Rocket but first I need the blue prints (the full scale)

Do not laugh at me but rubber gloves & a dip in a compound like nail polish remover will make them sparkle again. I use brake cleaner that I purchased at Auto Zone. Good luck [8D]
