When I do ever get out and go Railfanning again(Someday).
In Lincoln,Are there any cheap Hotels to stay over night for at least one weekend so I might someday go Railfanning in Lincoln someday.
Anything along the BNSF Mains. I have been to Lincoln but not that much.
Money is very tight right now,I guess id better stop buying all those BNSF Models so that at least ill have the money to fix my darn Truck[:D]........Oh well!
Because when I do get back on the Road,Lincoln is the first on my list for Railfanning. Thanks.

Great message received loud & clear. I will have to convince my wife to let me go alone as there surely must be nothing there to do but watch trains. She is afraid that I will get to excited & get whacked by a speeding UPRR train. [:D]

spbed --- see those sharply pointed projections clearly visable in the fur?

(I can't believe this exchange. Rolling on the floor with aching sides! Wife wants to know what all the hysterical laughing is about.)

Eric - I can't believe it either! I must be in one of my bored stages!

Zardoz: It is a personal irritation of mine - I seem to be a guy everytime we have one of those irritating, perky wait people - "Hi Guys! How's it goin'" and "Can I get you Guys anything else?"

Makes me want to tip over my water glass.....

Moo

Gender equality, my dear. I think you are supposed to take it as a compliment, but I think if someone took my wife to be looking like a male, that persons features would need a rebuild! Now, I react quite positively when the waitress call me "dear" (big smile, warm feelings) and also quite positively when a waiter addresses me the same way (instant loss of identifing features for waiter).

Talk about [#offtopic]. Hope Bergie doesn't see this thread.

Mookie,
Move to Texas, we don't say "you guys, we say "y'all". I promise you, it's much more endearing.

What ever happened to "Hello". Or "Ladies" or "Gentlemen" if it is a table of one kind or the other. I am a little over 12 years old and would like just a little courtesy. Just a single "Hi" would do it for me. "Guys" is right up there with "Bud" or "Wadda youse want"....

Bergie will never know - he avoids all my postings. Too complicated!

Kenneo,
Bergie's cool, he won't say anything. You should read some of the bizarre things that go on over at Model Railroader forum. Believe me, some of those people keep Bergie hopping.

Ed,
The pavilion party in Flatonia is April 2. If you think you might want to try and make it I can e-mail you some information. Maybe Mookie can come down for it too.

Hi Marty!!! Of course I missed you! Especially when the forum gets a little too dull for my tastes.

Speaking of tastes, Marty you know I love you like a forum pal, but stay outta my cake!
