I just received my June issue of Trains and was unaware, until now, of this film.

I threw up a little watching the preview.  Looks like a very heavy PR piece.  Released late last year, and the climate for railroads since then... well, is any one even showing it?

Based on this trailer:  ?  What, only women work on the railroads nowadays?

A little pushback to all the other rail movies that virtually only show old white men.  Surprised there wasn't a shot of Katie Farmer at the head of the Board Room.

Look at the 'gallery' for more representative shots.

I think the Regnier Theatre at Kansas City Union Station is only showing it (at only $6 per person!) through May 4th, so it may be going to a new set of venues.

It's being shown at iMax theaters.  Very few right now, but more theaters towards the end of the year.  I counted only eight or nine theaters showing it now.

I was clicking through their links of "theaters showing" on their site.  So far I only found one of the places listed (San Diego) as actually showing it.

It looked like something they would play at a carrier day program ata high school. The computer graphics of the locomotive being dismantled were kind of out of place.

Thanks to Chris / CopCarSS for my avatar.

Imax cameras are expensive.  Most of us would break them.
