Not from personal experience, but Ron's Books apparantly handles used railbooks in addition to new ones. You'd have to check with them for the whys and wherefores.

Lithonia Operator At some point not too long from now, I will have a lot of RR books to sell. Has anyone here dealt with a used book dealer they'd recommend?

BackshopI'd recommend getting a table at one of the bigger railroad shows.
Great idea! Check this site for the bigger shows around the country.

Check this for the smaller club-sponsored shows, some will be one day, some two day. Two day shows usually attract the railroadiana exhibitors and collectors.

This is another good site to check.

Back in the 50's, I was program coordinator for the Cincinnati Railroad Club and found a film at the Cincinnati Public Library that was loved by all the attendees. Arround 2004, when I was back in Cincy, I went to the Library and learned they had just trashed all their film collection. Then for some reason, I went to YOUTUBE and it was there! If you are a Steam fan, I highly recommend it.
