Just read that CP did a lockout of the Teamsters Union yesterday and all Canadian rail operations have been halted.

They have gone to arbitration, the work stoppage is over for now.
“CP is pleased to have reached agreement with the TCRC Negotiating Committee to enter into binding arbitration and end this work stoppage,” CP President and CEO Keith Creel said in the railroad’s March 22 announcement sent via email at 2:22 a.m. EDT
