My brother who lves near Rockland, Me said that the local RR is currently fixing up all the road crossings in his are besides putting down new rail or heavier rail. The only business I know off in the area is the cement plant and a tourist train out of Wiscasset. Can anybody give ne a read as towhat is going on as to purpose and funding?

That line is owned by the State of Maine and leased to the operator Three guesses who is putting up the money? Maine taxpayers.
