According to the Austin-American Statesman:
Railroad officials said they are examining whether a broken rail cause six cars to derail in the city's 7th train accident since May.
Four freight cars filled with grain tipped off the rails about 3:40am at UP's South Stan Antonio yard. The cars fell on two other cars on an adjacent track.
No injuries and no haz-mat.

Sounds like a nothing derailment compared to some of the others. I doubt FRA will be happy, but this sounds like some bad luck rather than an RVD.
