Take TEA-21 money away from Rails to Trails and use them for Tourist Railroads!

Goverment Funding should be used were it would do the most amount of good.
Intermodal Transportation Funding would serve a greater Number Of People it it saved Existing Railroads by Converting them to tourist and Commuter Railroads. Biking I am afraid is really Recretion and there is Comparlbly only a handfull of people out there who bike to work who by the way if the Boston Minuteman Trail is any indivation are collage educated white people on there Cannondales. Transit gives poor Black and Hispanic people access to housing and jobs that would not otherwise have[^]
