Actually you can get sued for looking at someone for the wrong way.

Cochran! Oh man! He's just Don King with a better haircut. He is also one of the best examples to prove that the Law is not a profession in this country. I would hope that if there were any engineers like him, we would take action through our professional boards.

I thought there were laws against abuse of the legal system?

Shows how stupid the people behind the lawsuit really are. Nothing like suing a starving man.

What are they after, liquidation priveledges? a piece of conrail? the rails?

Suit would be a real shot in the arm of NS....
